On-Call center we are partner with Genesys (And practice Engage, Connect & Cloud) – One of the few partners with competency on all the platforms. We were awarded – The most innovative partner for South Asia and the most disruptive partner for APAC last year. We have 50% deployments in South East Asia and 50% in India and are looking to augment our team.
Also, the role is of a CX Tech Consultant – Implement the solution for the customer. We have a detailed training program that should take a month for you to get ready for work. Hyderabad is the main development center and is home to a 70 member team.
