About The Internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Connecting with CA firms, KPOs, and startups to establish hiring partnerships and placement tie-ups.
  2. Maintaining and updating student placement databases, resumes, and employer contact lists.
  3. Coordinating and conducting mock interviews, aptitude assessments, and resume-building sessions for students.
  4. Organizing and assisting in virtual and in-person placement drives, webinars, and job fairs.
  5. Tracking placement outcomes, feedback, and follow-ups with employers and students.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Networking and relationship management ability
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools

Who Can Apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

  1. Are available for a part-time or full-time (hybrid) internship.
  2. Can start the internship immediately.
  3. Are available for a duration of 3–6 months.
  4. Have relevant interests or skills in HR, placement coordination, or career services.
  5. Are proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn career success and talent-matching operations.
