Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and onboarding potential trainers in subjects such as costing, financial management, taxation, and related domains.
- Coordinating training schedules, live sessions, and recorded class timelines with faculty and academic teams.
- Conducting quality checks on delivered sessions and maintaining trainer performance dashboards.
- Handling certification, payout, and documentation processes for trainers and subject experts.
- Assisting in collecting feedback from students and trainers to improve content and delivery standards.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Basic understanding of academic or EdTech operations
- People management and multitasking capability
