Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing customized proposals, service decks, and pricing structures for U.S.-based accounting clients.
- Handling client queries, clarifying service scope, and providing onboarding support for new firms.
- Coordinating KYC documentation, agreements, and internal handovers for newly onboarded clients.
- Maintaining CRM records, managing lead follow-ups, and tracking client conversion status.
- Collaborating with business and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Basic understanding of sales or business consulting processes
- CRM and documentation management proficiency
- Excel or Google Sheets skills for proposal and pricing models
- Attention to detail and organizational discipline
