Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Designing and building automation workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and n8n for real client projects.
- Integrating CRMs, chatbots, and AI tools to streamline marketing, client management, and reporting processes.
- Testing and optimizing automation logic for reliability, scalability, and performance efficiency.
- Documenting every workflow setup with clear process maps, impact metrics, and troubleshooting notes.
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to identify new automation opportunities and deploy prototypes.
Skills Required
- Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar no-code tools
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flow automation
- Analytical problem-solving and logical thinking
- Documentation and process-mapping ability
