Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Analyzing existing accounting, tax, and reporting workflows to identify repetitive or manual tasks.
- Designing and implementing no-code automations using tools such as Make.com, Zapier, and Google Apps Script.
- Testing, refining, and documenting automation workflows for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborating with accounting and operations teams to integrate automation into daily processes.
- Preparing process improvement reports highlighting measurable time or accuracy gains.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance workflows
- Knowledge of no-code or low-code tools (Make.com, Zapier, etc.)
- Logical problem-solving and workflow design skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apps Script
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Who Can Apply
