Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Setting up ad creatives, tracking pixels, and managing audience targeting and segmentation.
- Monitoring ad performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for conversions, and minimizing cost per lead (CPL).
- Supporting funnel optimization by integrating leads into CRM systems and tracking engagement.
- Preparing weekly performance dashboards and ROI reports using analytics tools.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Analytical and data interpretation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset
