Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collecting HR and payroll data from clients to assess eligibility for employment-based tax incentives.
- Computing tax benefits under sections 80JJAA and 80IAC, and assisting in related documentation.
- Preparing detailed reports and coordinating with tax consultants for certification and filings.
- Maintaining a tracker of eligible clients, benefit computations, and savings achieved.
- Supporting client communication and follow-ups regarding data validation and incentive timelines.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of income tax and business deductions (80JJAA / 80IAC preferred)
- Analytical and numerical accuracy in data handling
- Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Good written communication and coordination skills
