Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting introductory calls with founders to understand their business background and compliance needs.
- Diagnosing requirements related to ROC filings, GST, accounting, tax planning, and certifications.
- Categorizing leads based on urgency, potential value, and service type.
- Scheduling consultations with senior advisors or compliance specialists for proposal discussions.
- Updating lead qualification status, remarks, and next steps in the CRM system regularly.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to understand and analyze client requirements
- Basic knowledge of compliance, accounting, or taxation (preferred)
- CRM management and data organization skills
- Professional etiquette and follow-up discipline
