Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Connecting with CA firms, KPOs, and startups to establish hiring partnerships and placement tie-ups.
- Maintaining and updating student placement databases, resumes, and employer contact lists.
- Coordinating and conducting mock interviews, aptitude assessments, and resume-building sessions for students.
- Organizing and assisting in virtual and in-person placement drives, webinars, and job fairs.
- Tracking placement outcomes, feedback, and follow-ups with employers and students.

- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
